I started going to West Reading Drug about 3 months ago, due to issues at my former chain drug store. The staff is always nice and very sweet, the pharmacists are knowledgable and friendly when you need help or advice. The delivery service is beyond my expectations. The drivers are nice and friendly, always greet you with a smile! (Which is great for me, since I cant drive) The store is cute and quaint, and always clean. Thank you West Reading drug for being the best! I would give 10 stars if I could!

I recently had a very serious wound infection in my arm This pharmacy was not only kind but they were willing to deliver my meds as I was unable to pick them up. The kindness as well as the knowledge and understanding was above and beyond anything I could imagine. Great people!!! Great pharmacy!!! I will never go nor recommend anywhere else!!

Wonderful local pharmacy. Definitely more personal customer service than the big chain pharmacies. They are quick to fill prescriptions.

These guys are the last of a dying breed of "hometown family pharmacies". Although they are small and family owned, I rarely have to wait for something to be ordered or restocked as I often had when I used big chain pharmacies. Customer service (including delivery) can only be found in these gems of todays business world. I can honestly say it's a family business - it's the type of business you strive to be if you or your own family owned it. I consider West Reading Drug Store more like "friends" who have a pharmacy than just an outlet for medication and health supply needs. I shop local when possible and support America First businesses that thrive only on superior care of their customer vs faceless chain retail stores that couldn't care for you even if they wanted to... "It's not in the manual" is no excuse not to be excellent at your business.

The people at this pharmacy are so awesome! I have been with them for many years and for good reason. Love, love, love them! If my meds that the doctor ordered interact with another medicine they always let me know. Top notch!

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. People are so nice and friendly and I have never waited more than 5 minutes for my prescriptions to be filled, unlike when I used to go to CVS or Rite Aid. I have been going to West Reading Drug Store for a few years now and I will continue to come here as long as I live in Berks County...

I have been coming to the West Reading Drug store since I was a small child. I have found it to be an exeptional drug store at every visit. The staff and pharmacists are well-trained and provide quick efficient service as needed. They offer a generous delivery service that has been updated to 1 free Delivery per Month. In today's time of increasing costs and decreasing services, I appreciate this suppport for customers like me who sometimes have difficulty getting to the store. The delivery staff are polite and helpful too. I will continue to use the West Reading Drug store indefinitely, and I applaud their resiliency in these hard times for smaller sized drug stores.

This is one of the best drug stores left that have that "mom and pop" shop feel. They are professional and very friendly. They actually appreciate your business! Imagine that!
